About us







After a few years of travelling the culinary scene across the globe, learning about spices from Kerala, Vanilla from Tahiti, cooking white truffles from Alba, and grilling octopus in the Indian Ocean beaches with local fisherman, we decided to leave our suitcases in Bingin.

We are locavore, we have our own garden, we use local products, chocolate from java, fish from our local fisherman, vegetables from the local farmer, we only use imported lamb from New Zeland or Australia and wine because we are wine lovers.

Our menu

We are a team: Sugarsio our pastry chef from Java, Leo our chef from Medan, Simon chef from France, every day we cook a special French dish with an indonesian twist.


All our cuisine is homemade

We bake, we steam, we create, we imagine, we play with flavour.

  • The seating is tasteful and the food meets the standard you would expect from a high end French restaurant. My wife had the tomato gaspacho, which was just perfect, and I had the orange tuna, a very tasteful mix of agrumes flavor with raw tuna. As a main course we had the 7 hour lamb with spiced sauce that just melts in your mouth and a

    delicious grilled fish served with veggies from their own garden. We spent 3 weeks in Uluwatu and wish that we came across that restaurant in our first week. A real taste of French cuisine in Bali.
